1. Email Your Customers Regularly.
Contrary to popular belief, email marketing is not dead.
Email is the easiest way to stay in touch with customers and prospects.
Tell them all about your new offerings.
Recommend an affiliate product that pays you a commission.
Write them love letters that show how much you care and want to serve them.
2. Focus on Customer Service.
You can’t please everyone, but you can try your best.
Inevitably, customers will ask questions or want refunds, so prepare yourself to answer them in a timely manner.
Stick to your rules about refunds, but never disregard or disrespect a customer.
Negative online reviews are easier to find than positive ones, and they hit the heart harder.
Don’t do that to yourself.
Be kind and firm, honor your boundaries, and treat each customer like a human being, not a number.
3. Raise Your Rates.
When was your last rate increase?
Are your prices competitive with the current market of coaches your caliber?
Can your ideal client still afford you?
Be confident that your expertise is worth that new price tag and break it carefully to your current clientele so they don’t jump ship.
4. Repackage Your Offerings.
Don’t reinvent the wheel.
Simply take your older content – books, programs, blog posts, etc. – and create new bundles or an entirely new product.
Make sure the information or product appeals to your ideal clients so they snap it up as soon as it drops. And please price accordingly!
5. Create a New Offering for Old Clients.
People buy from the people they know, like, and trust, so open up that old client list and create a special offer just for them.
Make it sexy, exclusive, and time-sensitive to get quick results.

A ton of coaches and business owners ask this question, and it boils down to knowing your target audience.
How do they want their information presented? What are the hot topics in their industry? What struggles do they have every day?
The simplest way to know what they want is to just ask them, so ask. Pay attention to the conversations you have with them and what they “wish” they had access to.
Coaches also don’t know what to offer when they don’t have a plan for their business or who they want to help.
