How happy are your clients?
You and I both know as common sense that keeping our clients happy will keep our business afloat.
Here’s a truth bomb though, honey you know truth bombs are one of my favorite things:
When was the last time you asked your clients how happy they are?
Think about it for a minute. When was the last time you called each and every one of them and asked how things were going?
This will reveal things you never knew about your business and your clients. You never know if they could need you as soon as possible for some business or even if something is going on in their personal lives.
When you run a service business, it is important to know what is going on with your clients because you never know how you could help or serve them on a better level.
Always, always look for new ways to serve the people around you. It might seem like a huge investment from you upfront, but over time you will become absolutely invaluable.
Repeat this commitment to yourself:
I am committed to staying abreast of my client’s needs and actively looking for solutions to help them interrupt the pattern of failure.
If someone around you is going through a situation you have been there, you could help provide the blueprint they might need to make it through. This is another form of service to your clients outside of just the usual services you provide.
They will always and forever talk about someone who went the extra mile to really make sure they were on the path to success in their career.
